There are several different techniques you can use to attract things into your life. Visualization is one of the best ones you can start with. To do that you need to set a goal.
Decide on something realistic you would like to change in your life or attract. Set a certain time of day you can spend 10 to 15 minutes sitting quietly, undisturbed.
Take a few deep breaths and relax completely. Now visualize your goal or the object you would like to attract. Keep thinking about it until you can actually feel it as if it already happened.
When I first got into the law of attraction many years ago there was an experiment I did because I wanted to prove that the law of attraction is real. Just like you are trying to do now.

In your visualization sessions described above, picture yourself finding a dollar bill on the ground.
Don’t picture or worry about where this will happen let the universe take care of that, just picture yourself seeing it and bending over and picking up a dollar off the ground.
Feel it in your hand, we all know what money feels like, is the bill crumpled? Is it a new bill? The more details you can visualize the better.
Do this for a few days and I am willing to bet, very shortly, you’re going to find a dollar bill on the ground. I don’t know how many times I’ve done this and it worked every single time.
Sometimes it took a day or two, other times it was the same day. Either way, I still get shivers up my spine every time I found a dollar on the ground.
It’s a simple experiment but it’ll get you started on proving it to yourself the answer to this “is the law of attraction real?” and you can attract or create things in your life.
Once you do the experiment above you will want to keep on manifesting. You can actually prove to yourself that the law of attraction IS real!
