How to Download, Extract, and Play Your MP3 Files

Thank you for purchasing our MP3 audio programs! Follow this step-by-step guide to download, extract, and play your files on various devices.


1. Downloading the Zip File

On Android Devices

  1. After purchase, click the download link provided in your confirmation email or on the download page.
  2. The file will begin downloading and save to your default downloads folder (usually in the “Files” or “Downloads” app).

On iPhones/iPads

  1. Tap the download link provided in your email or on the download page.
  2. The file will download and be saved in the “Files” app under “Downloads” or “On My iPhone.”

On Computers (Windows or macOS)

  1. Click the download link in your email or on the download page.
  2. Save the zip file to your desired location (e.g., “Downloads” or a specific folder).

2. Extracting the Zip File

On Android Devices

  1. Open the “Files” or “My Files” app.
  2. Navigate to the downloaded zip file.
  3. Tap and hold the file, then select “Extract” or “Unzip.”
  4. The extracted MP3 files will be saved in a new folder with the same name as the zip file.

On iPhones/iPads

  1. Open the “Files” app and locate the zip file.
  2. Tap the zip file. iOS will automatically extract its contents into a folder.
  3. The folder containing the MP3 files will appear in the same location as the zip file.

On Windows Computers

  1. Locate the zip file in your file explorer.
  2. Right-click the zip file and select “Extract All.”
  3. Choose a destination folder and click “Extract.”

On macOS Computers

  1. Locate the zip file in Finder.
  2. Double-click the zip file. macOS will automatically extract its contents into a folder in the same location.

3. Playing the MP3 Files

  2. Navigate to the folder where the MP3 files were extracted.
  3. Tap a file to play it.

On iPhones/iPads

  1. Open the “Files” app and navigate to the extracted folder.

On Windows Computers

  1. Open a music player like Windows Media Player, VLC, or Groove Music.
  2. Drag and drop the MP3 files into the player, or open the files directly from their folder.

  1. Open iTunes, Music app, or VLC.
  2. Drag and drop the MP3 files into the player, or double-click a file to play it.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Can’t find the zip file? Check your “Downloads” folder or use the search bar in your file manager.
  • Error extracting files? Ensure you have enough storage space and use a dedicated unzip app if necessary (e.g., WinZip or ZArchiver).
  • File not playing? Confirm the file extension is “.mp3” and try a different audio player app.
