Have you ever wondered are subliminals real? Some people believe that they are very effective, while others think that they are nothing more than a placebo or outright scam.
Subliminals are real and can completely change your life if used properly. Of course, they need to be produced and recorded correctly for them to be effective.
Are subliminal messages real?
Subliminals are audio or visual stimuli that are below the threshold of conscious awareness.
This means that you cannot see or hear them consciously, but they still have an impact on your behavior or thoughts.
Since you can not hear the recorded script of affirmations many of you do not understand them and how they work.
The subconscious does however understand the scripts and will make the desired changes.
There are many different applications for subliminals, from changing negative behaviors or habits, to improving your self-confidence or learning a new skill. The possibilities are endless!
Basically, whatever you are lacking or want to change in your life you can use a subliminal to completely change what you are manifesting in your life.
Listening to a subliminal through repetition will change the programs that are currently running in your subconscious mind.
Replacing the beliefs that are currently in there with new ones and overwrite the ones that are holding you back.
There is a lot of research that has been conducted on the effectiveness of subliminals, and the results have been overwhelmingly positive.
In one study, participants were able to learn French vocabulary 20% faster when they were exposed to subliminal affirmations than when they weren’t.
Another study found that subliminal messages could be used to increase the self-esteem of participants.
It is important to note that not everyone will respond the same way to subliminals, and some people may not experience any benefits at all.
However, for the majority of people, subliminals are an effective way to make positive changes in their lives.
Examples of subliminal messages
Silent positive affirmations like the ones below. Recorded on a relaxing background such as rain, wind, waterfall, or soothing music.
Since all you hear is the background and not the words or affirmations they are very easy to listen to.
“I am confident and capable.”
“I am in control of my life.”
“I am happy and fulfilled.”
“I am attracting wealth right now”.
“I now have complete self-confidence in everything I do”.
If you’re interested in trying out subliminals, there are a few things you should keep in mind.

You may have had these beliefs or programs running in your subconscious mind most of your life.

Just keep doing your best and let the subliminals take care of the rest!
What are the three types of subliminal messages?
There are three main types of subliminal messages: audio, visual, and tactile. Audio subliminals are the most common type and involve listening to a recording of affirmations.
Visual subliminals involve watching videos or flashes of text that contain positive affirmations.
Tactile subliminals involve wearing or holding objects that contain positive affirmations.
All three types of subliminals can be effective in achieving your goals. However, it is important to find the type that works best for you and to stick with it.
Through our tests, we have received the best results from audio subliminals. Visual subliminals are good but you have to constantly look at a screen or object.
Audio subliminals you can listen to anytime even when you are doing other things. Even listen to them while you are sleeping.
Are eye color subliminals real?
There are a lot of people that would love to change the color of their eyes. From brown to blue or green. Maybe from green to brown, whatever the case are eye color subliminals real?
Do they really work? We have not done enough studies to prove whether they work or not and we do not release subliminals until we do proper research.
So I cannot give a definite answer to this question however, it is not likely that they are effective in changing eye colors.
If you look around you will not find too many eye color subliminals on professional subliminal websites.
Almost all of them are on YouTube. If you’re wondering why it is because they do not have to back up any claims they make.
They can say anything they want to get you to click on it and watch their video earning them a few pennies.
The more views the more advertising money they get is the way it works. So don’t get your hopes up too high if you’re trying to change your eye color.
How do you know if a subliminal is real?
There are a few things you can look for to help you determine if a subliminal is real or not.
First, make sure that the source is reputable and has a good track record. Know what the affirmations are that you will be listening to.
If they do not provide a list then move on and find ones that do. Many people do not actually know how to record, produce or phrase the affirmations correctly.
There are many people who offer subliminals, but not all of them are created equal. If you are unsure, it is best to do your research before purchasing.
If you are using free YouTube subliminals take a look at the complete description before you decide to use one.
Is the entire list of affirmations listed? You could also check out the user’s profile. If they have a website where they are actually selling subliminals you may want to check that out.
If they are not selling subliminals and are just doing it to get YouTube views for the advertising money, more than likely you are listening to a fake subliminal made by someone who has no idea what they’re doing.
Anyone can throw up a video with free music on it and then claim it’s going to instantly do something with one listen.
Also, does the title make an outrageous claim? If so it is less likely to work.
You might be surprised we get a lot of emails asking us questions like why did I not grow taller in one listen, overnight, instantly as the subliminal said.
I usually know right away why they are asking this. For one it did not work, second I’m sure they never got a response from the subliminal creator.
So they come to us and ask us why someone else’s subliminals don’t work...
So, are subliminal messages real? The answer is unequivocally yes! They have been shown to be effective in numerous studies, and there is no reason to believe that they won’t work for you too.
If you are looking to make a change in your life, give subliminals a try!
