Are Subliminal Results Permanent?

Yes, subliminal results are permanent. Once your subconscious mind accepts and believes the affirmations on a subliminal it will accept them as truth and begin to act on them. These new beliefs will influence and manifest into your reality.

Just like the beliefs that are locked in your subconscious mind currently, unless you change them, they will continue to run in the background 24 hours a day. These can be good or bad programs.

The bad subconscious programs hold you back, they keep you from changing. They hold back your desires. They keep you right where you are, no matter how hard you try to change you end up right back where you started… or worse.

95% of our day is run from our subconscious mind. The programs running and stored in our subconscious mind dictate what we do, think, and say during our waking hours. Our conscious processing is done by our informed, awake reasoning mind.

The only way the results from a program would not be permanent would be if you overwrite them with another one. Then the new subliminal messages would reprogram the beliefs in your subconscious and they would become permanent.

The fastest, and most effective way, to make subliminal results permanent is to listen to your audio daily and visualize your end goal as if it has already manifested. There are other ways but this method has been proven to be the most effective.

Changing the beliefs and programs running in your subconscious mind takes repetition. This is why you need to listen daily without skipping days for it to take effect. Permanent effects usually take between 26 and 30 days. Most of you want instant results from a subliminal but, except in very rare cases, results are not going to happen instantly.

The controlling behaviors in your subconscious mind did not happen overnight. We are programmed from the day we are born up to seven years of age, we’re pretty much an open slate at that time.

No, once you listen to a subliminal, for a period of time and your subconscious mind accepts the affirmations as being true, they will become locked in and permanent. Unless you overwrite them with another subliminal.

If you truly believe that your results are going to fade you can always use your program once in a while as maintenance.

The reason I am saying this is that if you believe they are going to fade then they may have less effect than originally. Not because they did fade it’s that you believe they did. The mind is very powerful especially if it is out of fear.

How Can You Tell If Subliminal Results Are Permanent?

Once you achieve your desire or goal by listening to your subliminal affirmations you will know because they will appear in your current reality. At that point, you are now running from your new beliefs and attracting the desired results into your life.

You will notice that you think differently and possibly act differently than you did before. This is the new program coming from your subconscious mind now affecting and molding your daily life.

You will see things differently. People may respond to you differently and your energy field will definitely have changed at that point. You will attract different results in your life. You will be aligned with your desires.

This is the law of attraction in action. We attract what we believe to be true. Whether it is good or bad the universe does not know any different. It just delivers on what you think and feel in your mind and body.

You will no longer be responding to former beliefs which you have been conditioned to believe were true. Your new conscious awareness will take over.

If You Stop Listening to Subliminals Will You Stop Getting Results?

The answer to that is no unless you have stopped listening before your results become permanent. Participants in our studies and tests have shown that for most people this is between 26 and 30 days. This is why we always recommend keeping up your daily session for the minimum level recommended.

However, everyone is different, and takes a different amount of time to get results. Some come very quickly and others will take months before their stubborn beliefs change. There are a lot of different factors involved so there’s really no set answer on how long it takes.

Once you get permanent results then yes, you can stop listening, and still attract what you want without worrying about it anymore. The affirmations will be part of your permanent memory and will influence your daily thoughts and actions.

It will just come to you just as easily as the bad results you were getting before came to you.

Think of it as reprogramming the software on your computer creating a new mindset. Training your internal subconscious to guide you in making new decisions and block previous habits that are holding you back.

I would also like to add in most cases, you should not mix different subliminals from different producers. Sometimes the affirmations on them may clash with each other.

Especially if you are listening to one that you do not know what affirmations are recorded on it. You may get negative results or no results at all by subs that are clashing with each other. In other words, you are just wasting your time.

The exception is if you’re listening to subliminals that are closely related. For example, let’s say you want to attract wealth. It is perfectly fine to listen to, attract wealth, make more money, manifest money, possibly win the lottery.
